Veganliciuos coco protein shake to save the day!


I don't know if you will agree, but I feel like in today's western world everyone (including myself!) is so busy that there are many days when there is no time to cook or even sit down for a meal! I know, I know it's craaaaazzzyyyyy :) And I am currently trying to make a plan of how to manage my time better. If you are a mum, perhaps you know exactly what I am talking about! We have so much to do on a daily basis that I feel that every mum should be getting a medal for all the hard work! I hope you are nodding here and saying to yourself, 'oh yes I totally agree'. For those days when you have no time and you are very busy, make this shake to boost your energy! It tastes good, fills your tummy and gives you all those good nutrients we need.

You will need : 1 1/2 banana 1 cup soy milk (or any other plant based milk of your choice, I use soy to get more protein ;) 1tbsp hemp protein powder 1tbsp hemp seeds 1tbsp ground flax seeds 2 tsp almond butter 2 tbsp cacao powder

Blend all the ingredients with a blender and enjoy! P.S. If possible use organic ingredients.
